Delaware

Outlook: Solid Democratic

Update:

It is next to impossible to find a prediction favoring Jan Ting for election to the US Senate. Ting, a Temple University law professor, is not well known and is saddled with the political baggage of an un-popular president. With the election nearing, there is little chance that Ting can become known or make his stances more popular. Sen. Tom Carper, the holder of a Delaware record of winning 11 straight statewide elections, seems to have this election all but won.
