Ambassador Mikkola will speak on the present and past relationship with the U.S. and additional issues impacting Finland and the region. This Ambassador Series event is hosted by the University of Virginia Center for Politics Global Perspectives on Democracy program in partnership with the European Studies Program, and will take place in the Rotunda Dome Room.
