Eliot joined the staff of the Center for Politics as a Research Coordinator and Administrative Coordinator. Eliot conducts research related to the Center’s various book projects and helps coordinate the research efforts of student research interns. Eliot is additionally responsible for managing external research efforts.

Eliot is a 2019 graduate of the University of Virginia, where he received a B.A. in Politics (American Government) and a minor in History. Prior to joining the Center for Politics staff, Eliot served the Center for Politics as a student intern and research assistant for two years. Outside of the Center, Eliot is a certified USA Rugby referee and coach and spends most weekends officiating rugby matches.  

Before attending the University of Virginia, Eliot spent 15 years abroad in Tokyo, Japan and Singapore, where he attended the American School in Japan and the Singapore American School.
