Last year, more than 300 attorneys, presenters and exhibitors took part in the VBA's Annual Meeting, traditionally the largest event of the year for the association. The 130th Annual Meeting will take place on Jan. 23-25, 2020. Freedom House is a U.S.-based 501 U.S. government-funded non-governmental organization that conducts research and advocacy on democracy, political freedom, and human rights. Christopher Sabatini, Lecturer in Discipline of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University. He is also the founder and executive director of the new research non-profit, Global Americans and the editor of its news and opinion website www.LatinAmericaGoesGlobal.org.
